Every plan gives the full verdict: the answer, the reason, the fold lines, what happens if you get it wrong and what the service cannot know. The free plan is limited by the number of garments and carries a watermark in the drawing border — never over a fold line or a reversibility note.

What the credits are, and are not

Nature
Credits are an allowance for using this service. They are not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
Carry-over
None. The monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused credits are not carried forward.
Top-ups
There are none. There is no credit pack and no wallet. If a month's allowance is not enough, the only route is a higher plan.
Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and period shown above until cancelled. The price and the next renewal date are shown at checkout and again on the billing page.
Cancellation
One action on the billing page, available at all times, with no email or phone call required. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Withdrawal
Fourteen days under French law, unless you have expressly asked for immediate access and expressly waived the right — both are separate, unticked confirmations at checkout. See droit de rétractation.

Where the free plan stopsFive garments a month is enough for the few pieces you are actually worried about. It is not enough for a changeover, which is when several dozen garments go away at once — and that is the moment the print sheet matters, because you are working with the garment in your hands and not at a screen.

Billing, in plain terms

Currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a fee we neither set nor receive.
Tax
Prices are inclusive of tax (TTC). The amount shown is the amount charged; nothing is added at the last step.
When you are charged
On the day you subscribe, and then on the same day of each following period — every month on a monthly plan, every 12 months on a yearly plan — until you cancel. The exact next date is shown at checkout and again on your billing page.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan is charged as one payment for the whole year, not as twelve smaller ones. It renews as a single payment of the same amount every 12 months. The monthly equivalent shown next to it is for comparison only — it is not what gets charged.
Changing plan
An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next period, so you keep what you have paid for.
Cancelling
One action on your billing page, available at any time, without contacting anyone. It takes the same number of steps as subscribing. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is charged afterwards.
Refunds and withdrawal
Fourteen days of withdrawal under French consumer law, unless you have separately asked for immediate access and separately waived the right at checkout. Full conditions and the standard form: droit de rétractation. Outside that window, a period already started is not refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges.
Payment security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Card details are entered into a PCI-DSS compliant payment page and are never stored on, processed by, or transmitted through our own servers — we receive a token and the last four digits, nothing more.
Cards accepted
Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Promotions
There are none running. If one is ever offered, its conditions, its duration and the price after it ends will be stated on this page and again at checkout before you agree to anything.

What this service is not

It is an information service. It does not sell clothing, it does not sell or recommend storage products of any kind, it does not act as a personal organiser, and it does not provide textile conservation. Vintage, heirloom and conservation-grade textiles fall outside it entirely — those need a conservator who can handle the object.
